Terms of Service
Please read the terms to the bottom before accepting them.
1. Purpose
BloodMoon Grid is a virtual environment based on OpenSimulator. Access to the grid and its services is provided subject to these rules and may be withdrawn when they are not respected.
2. Age requirement
Registration and use of BloodMoon Grid are restricted to adults aged 18 or older.
3. User conduct
- Treat other residents and visitors with respect.
- Harassment, discrimination, threats and hate speech are prohibited.
- Deliberately disruptive, abusive or toxic behaviour may lead to moderation action.
- Follow reasonable instructions from the BloodMoon team when intervention is required.
4. Child-like avatars and sexual content involving minors
Creating, using or depicting child-like avatars is prohibited on BloodMoon Grid.
Any sexual, exploitative or pedophilic content, conversation, imagery, roleplay or behaviour involving minors, or avatars presented as minors, whether real, simulated or suggested, is strictly prohibited.
A violation may result in an immediate and permanent ban. Relevant evidence such as logs, screenshots, avatar UUIDs and timestamps may be preserved. Where required or permitted by law, relevant information may be provided to competent authorities and/or the hosting provider.
To report an incident, contact admin@bloodmoonpack.com and include any useful evidence, avatar names or UUIDs, the date and time, and the region concerned.
5. Content and intellectual property
You are responsible for content you create, upload, distribute or make available through BloodMoon Grid. Illegal, stolen or otherwise unauthorised content is prohibited.
Respect the intellectual property and permissions of creators. Content must not be copied, redistributed or sold when you do not have the right to do so.
6. Virtual currency
BloodMoon Grid uses the virtual currency BM$. BM$ can be obtained through supported in-world terminals and through the official BloodMoon services made available for that purpose.
BM$ is intended for use within the BloodMoon ecosystem and does not constitute a bank account or legal tender.
7. Account suspension and moderation
Accounts may be suspended, restricted or permanently banned when these Terms of Service, grid rules or applicable law are violated.
Serious cases may be acted on immediately when necessary to protect residents, creators, infrastructure or the grid itself.

10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the grid, its services or applicable requirements change. Continued use of BloodMoon Grid after an update means that the current version applies.
