Already running your own OpenSimulator region? You can connect one or more regions that you host yourself to BloodMoon Grid.
You continue to host and operate your own OpenSimulator instance while connecting your region to the BloodMoon grid services.
A BloodMoon avatar account is required before a region can be connected to the grid.
You should already know the basics of installing, configuring and running an OpenSimulator region.
Your hosting environment must allow the network configuration required by OpenSimulator, including port forwarding or NAT when necessary.
If you do not yet have a BloodMoon avatar, create one first. If you already have one, you can go directly to the next step.
Send us a request through the contact form and include the name of your BloodMoon avatar.
We will reply with a download link containing the pre-configured files needed to connect your simulator to BloodMoon.
Apply the provided configuration to your OpenSimulator installation and complete the connection of your self-hosted region.
