Marketplace Delivery Issue – Update Available

We recently identified an issue affecting some BloodMoon Marketplace Magic Boxes.

⚠️ In certain cases, a Magic Box could still appear to be online while its delivery system had stopped retrieving new orders. As a result, some purchases remained pending longer than expected and were not delivered immediately.

📦 If you recently purchased an item and noticed an unusually long delivery delay, this may have been the reason.

✅ The important point is that the affected orders were not lost. They remained safely stored in the Marketplace delivery queue and were processed once the affected Magic Boxes were restarted.

🔧 We have now identified the cause and released an updated version of the Magic Box with improved recovery and delivery reliability, including better handling of temporary communication problems and simulator restarts.

🆕 The updated Magic Box is now available on the BloodMoon Marketplace.

We strongly recommend that sellers using an older Magic Box update to the latest version to benefit from the improved delivery protection.
